How do I change the type of notifications I receive in email or on app?

So you can change the notifications you receive from AmebaOwnd in various forms whether that be push notifications or Email notifications. Obviously for push notifications you can change those in app, and for email notifications from Ameba you can also change those in app, or on the web on your desktop.
