It is, although you’ll have to go with a CDN like Cloudflare, it’s probably the easiest choice and it’s also free. Keep in kind tho you’ll have to use your own domain, set it up with a CNAME entry. You can’t use the root domain and some domain extensions can’t be verified with AmebaOwnd, although I can’t find an official list right now, I’ll keep my eyes out for that.
